Very familiar atmosphere in this family owned new hotel,nice swimming pool, local food in a thatched restaurant, bar, relax palapa with hammocks, lots of plants and flowers
and a gorgeous beach with huge waves, turtles,lush vegetation in the back just
less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

We offer two different types of accommodation at "Las Hadas":

- One-bedroom-suites with a living room,
a sleeping room, private bath and
air condition.

- Two-bedroom suites with a living room,
two separate sleeping rooms with
beds for up to 5 people,
private bath and air-condition.

There's a small terrace in front of each suite
with chairs and table.Four suites are in each building next to each other.

Restaurant

At Las Hadas you’ll have a mixture of authentic and rich Mexican food and some Mediterranean cuisine – full of flavor and health. Most of our Mexican specialties are from Oaxaca – our State – maybe the place with the richest variety in Mexico

We mix it with our favorite Mediterranean food, some healthy salads with our beloved dressing: Olive oil, lime juice, herbs, pepper and salt… and in the end – if you want -you’ll get a fresh grinded and brewed real Italian Espresso or Cappuccino (if you’d like with a home-made Mescal).
For a long time we lived a tradition “Our famous 6-course-dinner” and we would love to continue this more than 2 hours dining adventure. If ever you would not want to join us please make your own choice of 3 courses from our menu – starter, main course and dessert of your own choice.

Of course we also offer vegetarian dishes or special meals for kids.

Full meal plan is 45 US$ per day – tax included and just breakfast and dinner will be 33 US$ if you pre-order and pre-pay the meal plan.
Meal plans booked at Las Hadas will be 5 US$ more per day.

You can have a walk along the beach to watch the sun rise at “La Vigilia” rock or watch the turtles or go fishing.
Or what about taking the local micro-busses for some shopping in Puerto Escondido?

At “Las Hadas” there’s plenty to do:

You can enjoy our beautiful swimming pool, relax in our relax palapa or play any of our games.
We offer

THE PROJECT

The new project will be a complete new development near Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico,
an area that will be more and more famous in Mexican tourism as slowly
Acapulco gets too dangerous and
Puerto Vallarta too overcrowded and too expensive.

Puerto Escondido is a lovely little town with still
all Mexican natural "ingredients" - charming - emotional - special and
the state of Oaxaca is really "magic".

We own a property of more than 20 hectares (approximately 50 acres)
and we started to develop this area with the most beautiful view onto the Pacific Ocean
with its most gorgeous beach.
Besides the development of land we own 2.5 acres on the beach
and a license to build a beach restaurant there.

Our development will include 20 to 30 villas, approximately 28 apartments and 10 to 20 casitas,
2 restaurants and one bar as well as a Spa, sauna, fitness facilities, juice bar and shops.

We're going to supply the place with renewable energy (there are more than 330 days of sunshine in Oaxaca!) -
solar panels (up to 20kw) , a wind generator (7.5kw permanently at a minimum wind speed of just 3 Miles/hour)
and a 10kw back-up diesel generator and even the air condition in the buildings will be solar cooling

An artificial sweet water lake will complete the project. In the project we allow just golf carts.
There will be a secured parking on sea level and an elevator up to the community.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We hired just local people and train them.
We shop as much as possible in the local shop in the next village.
Invite locals to share our tourist life.
We work on a new project on top of the hill of Las Hadas with
renewable energy and the plans say
that 5% of the profit will support local social work
